How will I know if a workshop is cancelled due to weather?
Listen to your local TV stations, check the ESU #3 web page (www.esu3.org) or call 597-4800 for a recorded message.
Can I be billed for a workshop fee or pay with a credit card?
Individuals cannot be billed for workshops and we are unable to process credit cards.
How are payments made for workshops?
Districts are billed for associated staff.
Can I cancel a registration for a workshop?
Cancellations will be accepted up to three business days before the workshop begins. Cancellations not received three business days in advance and "No-Shows" will be billed.
Can I participate if I am not affiliated with an ESU #3 school?
Registration is opened to the public. However, non-ESU #3 schools will be notified no later than three business days prior to the date of the workshop if there is no space available.

| Description | | How do we increase student achievement? The research is clear that teacher effectiveness is the #1 determinant of student success. And every teacher, like every child, is unique and has strengths, weaknesses, goals, ambitions, gaps, and special qualities. Highly reflective teachers are successful with any evaluation tool, instructional framework, content area, grade-level, or school environment.
Learn from award-winning principal and author Pete Hall how to support teachers’ growth as reflective practitioners through individualized motivation, personalized feedback, customized coaching, and differentiated supervision. Participants will discuss the application of a strengths-based approach (via the Continuum of Self-Reflection) and get practical tools for drawing the most out of every teacher…one teacher at a time.
Participants will receive Pete’s book, “Building Teachers’ Capacity for Success” (ASCD, 2008).
A light breakfast and lunch will be served.
