How will I know if a workshop is cancelled due to weather?
Listen to your local TV stations, check the ESU #3 web page (www.esu3.org) or call 597-4800 for a recorded message.
Can I be billed for a workshop fee or pay with a credit card?
Individuals cannot be billed for workshops and we are unable to process credit cards.
How are payments made for workshops?
Districts are billed for associated staff.
Can I cancel a registration for a workshop?
Cancellations will be accepted up to three business days before the workshop begins. Cancellations not received three business days in advance and "No-Shows" will be billed.
Can I participate if I am not affiliated with an ESU #3 school?
Registration is opened to the public. However, non-ESU #3 schools will be notified no later than three business days prior to the date of the workshop if there is no space available.

Description | | The VEX robotics tech team from Southeast Community College will work with students to assemble, test drive, and manipulate VEX robots in a mini obstacle course race and competition for the day. This day is for the beginner student and teacher, and is a great introduction to VEX robotics and the VEX Competitions in Nebraska. This is a hands-on day for students and teachers to learn the use of the VEX robot. No experience or preparation needed.
Lunch is provided.
Teachers are active participants and should be part of the day's events including supervision and participation. Sponsoring teachers will need a printed list of all student names present and turned in at check in.
Registration Information: By registering for this workshop, your district will be put on the waitlist. The workshop will stay open for registration until one month before the workshop is scheduled to take place. Once closed, the available spots will be divided amongst the districts that are on the wait list.
