Attend in person or Zoom in for a day long workshop that will guide alignment of mission, vision, and goals for the HAL program in your district.  Bring your district wide mission, vision, and goals to ensure that the HAL program is in alignment with the mission, vision, and goals for the district.  Collaborate with your team or with other teachers/coordinators that are in the same position.  NDE's own Sheyanne Meadows and ESU3's Adam Larson will be there to guide and support your efforts.
