Description

Helping educators understand how PLCs, Continuous School Improvement and MTSS all work in an interconnected way can be a challenge!

The research for collaborative time is clear. However, putting the research into PRACTICE of collaboration can often be challenging for our PLCs. How can we increase the observable impact--the impact that we can actually see in our classrooms?

Introducing PLC 2.0 and the Observable Impact Model.

In this interactive workshop, join Dr. Garth Larson, co-author of the book “PLC 2.0 - Collaborating for Observable Impact in Today’s Schools", to learn about the Observable Impact Model with your leadership teams and teacher leaders.  Using The PLC 2.0 Toolkit, you will experience tools that you can use immediately in your PLC, staff and district meetings, and even your classrooms to better support high levels of learning for ALL students! Whether your district or school is new to collaboration or you have veteran teacher teams, this workshop will help deepen your collaborative work and connect your collaborative actions at every level to impact where it matters the most--in your classrooms with your students.
