*Identify the four basic phases of behavioral intervention
*Determine the WHY of the behavior using Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and the
tools shared at this workshop.
*Understand the importance of an individualized function based Behavior Intervention Plan
(BIP) including:
*How to prioritize  behaviors, define target behaviors and set mastery criteria
*Selecting effective behavior change procedures: replacement behaviors, identifying
strategies/interventions specific to each function of behavior
*Strategies to train staff to implement with fidelity
*Use meaningful data and progress monitoring tools to evaluate and revise the plan as
      needed
