In partnership with the UNO School Library Program, ESU #3 is excited to offer a facilitated work session for educators to explore, share, and discuss library-related policies, procedures, and practices within their own district/school’s context and needs. Planned activities include…

Networking, connecting with, and learning from other educators who have already or are currently engaging in this work

Exploring current district and school policies and/or procedures in place as well as examples from area districts

Utilizing dedicated collaborative time to draft policy and/or procedure suggestions

Action planning to determine next steps for your district/school.
Suggested Audience:
District and/or School Teams of Library/Media Specialists as well as Building and/or District Administrators
What to Bring:
Printed or digital copies of any current applicable policies and/or procedures for your library/media center
Other pertinent information:
(NOTE: Teams or individuals can choose to stay at ESU3 to continue the work after lunch on their own--the room is reserved for the entire day if you want the dedicated time and space to continue the conversations on your own.) |
