Workshop Information-
Advance your culinary expertise and confidence in the kitchen as you learn proper knife handling and basic knife cuts. Students will make Pico de Gallo. Walking tacos prepared by our chefs will be provided for lunch.
NOTE
This class only has two dates available: March 21 and April 4. Anyone interested can contact
Erica Joslin, eyjoslin@mccneb.edu. A lottery draw will be used to assign participating schools, since it is limited.
