DescriptionThis workshop helps teams understand Nebraska’s updated Rule 3, identify compliance changes, and collaborate on implementation. Participants will review HAL Plan requirements, identification procedures, and service options.  Teams that attend will review their current HAL reality and make plans to change what is needed to stay compliant with Rule 3.

Team Outcomes: 
- Time and Space to learn and collaborate as a team on Rule 3 changes
- Content followed by team time to work facilitate changes needed to stay in compliance with Rule 3
- Opportunity to collaborate with other districts to see how they support their HAL students, teachers, and families
