| Description | | By engaging in the Community of Practice (CoP), the Literacy Leadership Team will gain:
- Science of Reading (SoR) content customized to grade band and instructional context.
- Structured opportunities for data analysis to examine literacy trend data, identify patterns, and inform instructional planning and continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborative networking experiences with colleagues to share promising practices, deepen understanding, and enhance implementation of continuous improvement in literacy.
- Intentional time for reflection and strategic planning to apply CoP learning toward advancing school improvement efforts through a literacy-focused approach.
Teams might include:
- Building and District Administrators
- Instructional Coaches + Teacher Leaders
(Attendance at all three sessions is recommended)
