#GoLibraries Follow Up Work Session:  Policies, Procedures, and Practices for Library/Media

In partnership with the UNO School Library Program, ESU #3 is excited to offer a facilitated work session for educators to explore, share, and discuss library-related policies, procedures, and practices within their own district/school’s context and needs. Planned activities include…

• Networking, connecting with, and learning from other educators who have already or are currently engaging in this work

• Exploring current district and school policies and/or procedures in place as well as examples from area districts

• Utilizing dedicated collaborative time to draft policy and/or procedure suggestions

• Action planning to determine next steps for your district/school. 

Suggested Audience:  

District and/or School Teams of Library/Media Specialists as well as Building and/or District Administrators

What to Bring:

Printed or digital copies of any current applicable policies and/or procedures for your library/media center

Other pertinent information:

(NOTE: Teams or individuals can choose to stay at ESU3 to continue the work after lunch on their own--the room is reserved for the entire day if you want the dedicated time and space to continue the conversations on your own.)
