Planning and Leading Effective Meetings
How many meetings do you lead/attend every month?  What do attendees say about your meetings? Are all participants actively engaged in the meeting, or do you hear from only a few loud voices? This seminar teaches leaders how to run better meetings that get more done and keep team members feeling successful in their work.
