Description

What are phenomena and why are they so important for science curriculum, instruction, and assessment? Participants will receive an introduction to phenomena and will have the opportunity to dive deeper to understand how academically productive phenomena can drive instruction and assessments. Participants will benefit from having prior experiences with Nebraska's College and Career Ready Standards for Science and the three dimensions. This session will be geared for K-12 science educators and will be led by ESU #3 consultants.
