DescriptionIn 2024-2025, the ESU 3 Coaching Cadre will focus on supporting coaches as they coach for teacher clarity in their schools and districts. Our focus will be on making connections between teacher clarity and your building continuous improvement plan, student achievement, and teacher efficacy in instructional planning.
