DescriptionInvestigate fermentation and how we can make fuels from plant sources by using different types of feedstocks such as sugars, starches, and cellulose-based biomass. Learn about the process of fermentation, determine why some feedstocks are better than others through hands-on activities, and see how it relates to bioprocessing industries in Nebraska in this biotechnology workshop.
