DescriptionThis comprehensive four-day workshop series is designed for members of a district’s AI Implementation Team to collaboratively develop a shared language, vision, and roadmap for intentional AI guidance and implementation.

Throughout the series, the team will:
- Establish a shared understanding of current AI implementation and define next-level goals
- Construct and refine AI implementation plans to increase safe, ethical, and effective district-wide AI adoption
- Build ongoing AI skills and leadership capacity
- Acquire new learning, frameworks, and examples from local, regional, and national leaders such as Perry Law, Amanda Bickerstaff- AI for Education, and so much more!
