| Description | | This comprehensive four-day workshop series is designed for members of a district’s AI Implementation Team to collaboratively develop a shared language, vision, and roadmap for intentional AI guidance and implementation.
Throughout the series, the team will:
- Establish a shared understanding of current AI implementation and define next-level goals
- Construct and refine AI implementation plans to increase safe, ethical, and effective district-wide AI adoption
- Acquire new learning, frameworks, and examples from local, regional, and national leaders such as Perry Law, Amanda Bickerstaff- AI for Education, and so much more!
- Build ongoing AI skills and leadership capacity
Who Should Attend: Designing Your District Team
This series is designed for district teams of 6-8 participants seeking frameworks for internal alignment and dedicated time to action plan for AI implementation across the district.
Below are ideas to consider when building your team:
System Leaders: Who are the high-level decision-makers for strategy, budget, and other systems?
Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent, HR representative, Curriculum Directors, SPED Directors
IT Leaders: Who has an understanding of the systems and structure of the district infrastructure?
- IT Director/Coordinator, Cybersecurity Manager, Domain Administrator
Data Leaders: Who has an understanding of or is in charge of student and staff data?
- Data Steward/Administrator, Business Manager
Instructional Leaders: Who represents the classroom perspective (including secondary educators working with students age 13+)?
